Can Architecture Illuminate Life?

Whether designing Homes, Schools, Hospitals, Civic Centers, Cities, Plazas, Entertainments, Sport’s facility or Waterfront spaces, the question remains the same:

Can architecture bring hope into people’s lives?

Throughout my journey as an architect, I am designing places where people live, heal, work, learn, walk, shop, and gather. Through that experience the idea that challenges me continually is to find out how Architecture can illuminate life.

The projects that follow demonstrate this through real places and real transformations. Each has its own story. Together they represent a continuing search for ways to bring LIGHT, ENERGY, AND LIFE into the world through architecture, service, and collaboration.

Architecture shapes not only the spaces we inhabit, but also shapes us through the conditions in which we live, connect, collaborate, and enjoy. Architecture helps when we listen to others, but resist being defined by expectations, and when we work in support of people needs and spirit.
